Space Marines and Space Wolves

Warhammer 40,000 is a popular science fiction game produced by a British company called Games Workshop. The warhammer games have a loyal science fiction fan base. In the warhammer world are groups of soldiers called Space Marines. Space marines are elite soldiers with superhuman powers that have been acquired through various methods. These methods include genetic therapy and other surgical means. The design of these space marines shows that they have superhuman powers. There is a story behind the space marines that science fiction fans find interesting. The Space Marines were created by an Emperor. The space marines appear on tabletop games as well as computer and video games. They also appear in the warhammer books and comics that are targeted to warhammer fans.

The Space Marines had twenty different legions. One of these legions was called Warhammer Space Wolves. This legion’s symbol is a red snarling wolf. Some of the other legions that were part of the space marines were the Dark Angels, White Scars, and Blood Angels. Space Wolves were the sons of Leman Russ, and their home world was Fenris. Fenris is the ice cold world that Leman Russ was from. Leman Russ was one of the fiercest of twenty genetically-engineered characters that make up the Space Marines. Leman Russ was raised in Fenris by a she-wolf, and was raised amongst wolves. Space Wolves have excellent close combat capabilities.
The color of their armor is grey, and other colors work as accent colors. The Space Wolves characters have lots of wolf detail to them. Details include wolf tails, wolf pelts, and wolf teeth. They are proud of their warrior heritage and adorn themselves with badges that are signs of courage, skill and bravery. Space Wolves are known for their independence, and their organization is different from other legions.
